Program Details

The program prepare students for administrative positions as well as in research and consultancy activities in governmental, non-governmental agencies, and academic institutions and, to some extent, in business organizations.

What does Graduates of PADM do?

Graduates of PADM can effectively perform obligations in government, non-government, and private organizations, including those listed below:

  1. Demonstrate knowledge of administrative and public policy formulation and implementation.
  2. Manage a variety of development projects in both government and non-government organizations.
  3. Manage human and material resources efficiently and effectively. Raise funding and mobilize resources for NGOs.
  4. Act as a go-between for government and non-government organizations.
  5. Manage public financial resources so that they can be used effectively.
  6. Create the system and make effective administrative communication easier.
  7. Manage a variety of government enterprises.
  8. Lead human resources effectively in order to achieve organizational goals.
  9. Conduct independent research and consulting to solve administrative, political, and economic issues.
  10. Suggest solutions by comprehending the issues associated with changes in administration in both public and commercial sectors.
