The Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) 2024 is now accepting applications from students and young professionals around the globe. This incredible opportunity, co-organized by the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium, offers participants the chance to develop leadership skills, tackle global challenges, and build cross-border connections.
About the Program:
The Global Leadership Challenge is designed to empower young leaders by addressing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 100 participants will be selected to attend the leadership challenge, which will be delivered both online and in-person. Throughout GLC Week, participants will engage in seminars, workshops, and discussions led by top academics, business professionals, and practitioners.
As part of the program, participants will work in small groups to develop impact projects that directly address global challenges, such as good health and wellbeing, quality education, gender equality, and climate action. The group with the best project will win an invitation to the 54th St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland in May 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program, or be a young professional aged 21-30.
- Completed undergraduate studies.
- Prior participation in extra-curricular activities or work experience related to responsible leadership.
- Must be available to participate in the GLC sessions from December 12-16, 2024.
