IREX Community Solutions Program 2025: Fully Funded Fellowship in the USA
The IREX Community Solutions Program (CSP) 2025 is a fully funded leadership development opportunity sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and hosted by the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX). This prestigious fellowship invites community leaders from around the world to the Community Leadership Institute in the USA, where they will participate in training, coaching, and networking opportunities aimed at enhancing their management and leadership skills.
The program focuses on community-driven initiatives that empower participants to make a difference in their local communities. Since its inception, CSP has produced 748 fellows from 83 countries, who have positively impacted over 600,000 people through community development projects.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Requirement: 26-39 years (as of November 13, 2024)
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of one of the eligible countries (see list below)
- Current Residence: Applicants must be living and working in their home countries
- Experience: At least two years of community development experience (full-time, part-time, or volunteer)
- English Proficiency: Must be proficient in English (IELTS or TOEFL scores may be required)
- Travel Availability: Must be able to travel to the USA for four months from August to December 2025
- Commitment: Must return to the home country for at least two years after completing the program
- Ineligibility: U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or those currently studying/researching in the U.S. are not eligible
